After an initial consultation, where we find out what you want and need, we will create a personalised training plan for you. We will have a training session together, where we will show you the proper and safe execution of all the exercises. You will then have access to an app to see your workouts, track your progress and stay in touch with us. Over time your body changes, so will your workouts. We will adapt the exercises to your needs for every stage of your pregnancy.
The choice is yours. Whether in the Gym, in a Park or the in the comfort of your Home. We will fit the training to your lifestyle and can always change it when your circumstances change.
